Thank you for your question. Eargo is not processing any insurance claims for the FEHBP program or any insurance plan at this time. New Eargo products (Eargo 5 and Eargo 6) have a different body design (smaller and straighter) and new pedal tips which may fit your ears differently. My suggestion would to try them using Best Buy's 60-day trial period and see if they fit any better for you. You can always return them for a full refund if the fit isn't better.
