They work pretty well for moderate hearing loss. I don’t believe they make any claims to be effective for severe hearing loss. In my opinion they are excellent for the price, compared to prescription- all things considered.

The customer service is absolutely awesome should it be starting up or questions that arise afterwards! I’d recommend these to anyone looking to improve their hearing! Mark B.
