- Answer The app is built into the Reflect, however, in order to enjoy the thousands of live and on-demand classes, you will need to sign-up for the Echelon Fit App. It is $39.99/month or you can buy a year for $399.99. You do get 3 free months when you buy from Best Buy!

- Answer After reading this information, I purchased the Echelon, hoping to receive the 3 month free membership but never received it. Best Buy didn’t honor it and sent me back to Echelon which are not the ones who were making the offer in the first place. They only offer 2 weeks.

- Answer No, the Reflects are meant to be mounted on the wall using a French Cleat. You can purchase a VIVO TV stand on Amazon that will work for the Reflect.

- Answer Hi Elizabeth, The Reflect Touch does not come with any installation. The Reflect Touch is a single piece (screen/mirror) with a power cord and pair of brackets for mounting on wall. Once brackets are placed, the Reflect can be hung easily. There are guided instructions in the manual as well as access to videos on our Echelonfit Youtube channel. - Answer Hi Moni, The Reflect 50" comes with its own mounting hardware, although it does not come with a heart rate monitor. However, any bluetooth heart rate monitor should connect. You can buy these on our website or from any other fitness retailer.
