“cannot figure out how to change the language settings to English. And has suddenly stopped charging. There is a red light on the charging station that stays on for a few minutes and then goes out. Should it be green when charged?”

Dear Customer, Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. Please kindly find the "Voice Report" in "Basic Settings" on the ECOVACSHOME to select the robot language. When the robot is charging, the AUTO light on top will be flashing in white light slowly until it's fully charged.
