Q: QuestionDoes keeping the charger plugged into the wall drain the robot's battery life? Do you recommend unplugging the charger after it's fully charged?

• A:Answer Dear Kia, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Please rest assured that the robot will stop charging itself once the battery is charged up even when it's plugged in the whole time. Q: QuestionDoes this robot sweep/mop and transition from hard floors to carpet without having to change configuration? Bought another brand recently, and I have to add the water/cleaning solution and the mop pad separately from vacuuming the carpets.

• A:Answer If the mop attachment is on, it will avoid going into carpeted areas, but it can't lift the mop to do vacuuming in those areas while doing a vacuum and mop on other areas. Hope that makes sense!
