• No, neither the Ozmo 930 nor 937 have a physical remote control. They can be controlled using the ECOVACS Home App.

• I got the 930 and it does not have a remote, you control it with an app. Although the app is currently (April 9, 2020) unavailable in the Google Play Store.

• I have the 930 and I do not have a remote. I have the ECOVACS Home app downloaded on my phone and this is how I control the vac.
