Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the wheel area for small clothing items or debris jammed in there that would prevent the wheel from moving. Easiest sign something maybe jammed in there is if the wheel doesn't move up and down as much as the other one. If there is something in there, a pair of needle nose pliers should be able to pull what ever got pulled in there out. My relative had a similar issue with a toddler sock getting stuck in the wheel area.
