“How do you change the WiFi name and password on the app? We had to rename our network and change passwords. App was working before this. Can’t get any answers from customer support. Having a time getting this connected to my WiFi.”

• If your WiFi has changed, remove the DEEBOT from the app, then re-add the robot by clicking add a robot, choosing the model, then entering the new network name and password.

• Turn it off the back on. hold the reset button until it beeps.make sure the correct wifi and password shown in the popup screen on your phone, if not just edited with the new name and password. that simple
