Are we talking teacup chihuahua or great dane? LOL. Seriously, I forgot to pick up my dogs' water bowl and it bumped the bowl, sloshing water out. It was just a small puddle about the size of 1 or 2 melted ice cubes. It didn't mess up the vacuum. HOWEVER, urine is different. There are two brushes that rotate 360 degrees along the floor, sweeping things toward the center where they are sucked up. I would imagine two potential problems. 1. The brushes would be covered in urine and then spreading it over the floor. 2. It may stick to the inside of the collection bin and start to stink. If the dogs are peeing, I'd suggest cleaning the pee up first and then running the vacuum.
