• Amazon sells lots of various parts for The T8 and T5. Got an entire replacement pack of parts which includes 3-4 reusable mop pads, brushes, and filters for less then $30.

• Amazon has them. Type in eco vacs in the search bar. Scroll down a little bit and they have a couple packages. Kinda strange ECOVACS hasn’t helped you out. Sorry to hear that
