• Just like a Roomba vacuum you still have to vacuum now and then by hand. You'll still need to mop by hand now and then by hand.

• Its about the equivalent of using a swifter wet pad. Good for the every day use but doesn't do a deep mopping doing it by hand does.

• This unit is more of a maintenance mopper, there is no comparison. if you want better results you can purchase an optional pro mopper that clean up bacteria and scrubs the floor. see Best Buys site for details.

• There is no comparison to a good hand scrubbing or steam mop. I love everything about the T5 except the mopping. It's great if you just want to wipe up the floor from wet paws or the like but it doesn't truly clean clean the floors.. We just ordered the T8 in hopes it will mop better.
