- Answer Hi Matt, Please kindly turn the machine over and use your hand to rotate the left and right wheels at the same time, to see if the resistance is the same on both wheels. If not, check both of them to see if there's anything tangled inside. If the Deebot is still having issues, please reach out to the customer service team for further assistance. - Answer Not on its own. You can pick it up and carry it, but it will complain about not being on the floor. Or buy another and expand your robot army. Name them Pinky and the Brain and every night they can try to take over the world.

QuestionDoes the X1 omni detect when it’s bin is full so it can empty in the middle of the job and return to continue where it left off?

- Answer Hi, Please kindly note that the function to detect the bin is full is not available currently. But the Auto Empty Station will empty the Deebot automatically once the Deebot returns to the base. And the Deebot X1 OMNI has a continuous cleaning function. It will return to continue where it left off after being charged fully in the middle of the cleaning job. QuestionIf the vacuum cleaner encounters water, will it damage the system? Should we wipe off any wet areas before starting the robot to avoid any harm?

QuestionWhat is the max recommended sq footage per unit? Our main living area is about 600 sq ft total, all one level and connected by a hallway. We have three dogs and five cats, so lots of pet hair and kicked out litter from the cat boxes. Thanks!

- Answer I believe it does. I have some shag rugs in my bathroom, and it handles them with ease. I previously had a Roomba S9 plus that had difficulties with those rugs, but this vacuum handles them very well.

QuestionI use my Deebot every day and hear it emptying when it is done. However, when I checked the dust bag, it seems to be empty. I have manually cleaned my Deebot just in case, but how do I know if it is truly emptying into the bag?

- Answer Somehow the dust is compressed into the bag to make space , the app will alert you when it’s full and will ask you to replace the bag
