Yes, but only if you configure your displayport or HDMI connection as the audio output. They connect to your PC via Toslink, 3.5mm, or composite cabling. The S3222DGM DOES have a 3.5mm audio line out. However, given sound degradation over multiple switching points, I recommend against this. A direct connection from your desktop's rear i/o panel (Toslink recommended) would be best to retain audio quality. It would also be easier to cable manage than a daisy chain from your monitor, but that's just my opinion.
