• No. The ethernet connections are available on each device if needed but not required. You only need to connect ethernet on the main device.

• no. only one needs to be connected via ethernet cable to your modem/router from your provider. the others connect to the base hub once by either Ethernet OR wireless.

• No, it is not required for each eero to have an ethernet connection. We have multiple eero units but are only using ethernet on one unit. working well.

• No, You connect the 1st one to the router the next 2 you place with in range of the 1st one. You will connect one at a time.Then they will all mesh as one wifi sig.I have mine about 35 ft apart. It covers my hole house and yard.Best buy i have ever made. They work great. Good Luck. Ps , IT WAS HARD TO SPENT $300.00 BUT VERY GLAD IT DID.
