Yes, all the eero units are full fledged routers, so have one replace your netgear router, and use the others to expand your network.

You disable the router in your modem and use what is in essence three routers that are interconnected.Though you might look at them as if they were extenders they are, in fact, three intelligent routers that communicate with each other, balancing the load. It's far more efficient than extenders and is able to balance multiple loads across the three routers.
