We have great signal strength and were able to create a wired network inside the other building using an ethernet switch/hub. His internet is very stable. No, the stability is based on your home router/gateway. If you have unstable internet in your home you will have unstable network in your building. You can set up the Eero system to create a new network, and given its ability to auto switch between frequencies, should be stable. If your home network is unstable, your Eero system will only be as good as the home network. Once set up to a hub/switch, the inside network is amazing.
