Call the customer service, they should replace it when they have stock. You need to call them when the product is available. My new one will arrive next week, hopefully this time with no damage.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Called my Best Buy to ask this as well as Fed Ex sliced straight through the package and gouged the steelbook. They said they have no stock and nothing in the fulfillment centers for this item so it's risky to ship back as you may just be given a $10 refund and no steelbook.
