- Answer It should be guaranteed to come with it, but if you preordered last minute, while you may get the game launch day, the steelbook may arrive late. At least from personal experience, that's what happened to me with a different game from BestBuy

- Answer Call the customer service, they should replace it when they have stock. You need to call them when the product is available. My new one will arrive next week, hopefully this time with no damage.

QuestionI preordered the game for Xbox awhile ago and was told I’d get a Steelbook but on launch day they said it was only for the PS5 version. Will it be possible to get a Steelbook later? I was really excited to get one
