My old slide-in range was a 23 year old Maytag and it was failing. The delivery crew took out my old stove and moved it to the truck. Them brought in the new Samsung......, IT Did Not Fit < AAHHH!!. My old stove was gone and the max height of the new one was lower than the existing counter. So, what to do. Well, nothing according to the delivery crew and anyone at Best Buy. Find a carpenter or someone to fix the situation. In the past year I had bought a Samsung Dryer and 2, 55" tv from Best Buy, Orange, CT. , I clearly had some expectation of "Installation" meaning more than drop the unit in the kitchen and plug it in, oh, it works. And they left. "Installation" means bring to kitchen, If it works, fine. If it doesn't fit, too bad. No guarantee here.
