LG sent a replacement combination oven and microwave because they could not find an appliance repair company to diagnose and repair my oven that was still covered by the manufacturer warranty. When I agreed to the replacement option, LG assured me that installation was included with the service. Until the new oven arrived, then they 'don't provide installations'. This oven sat in my foyer for a week before I called the Geek Squad. The oven was purchased at Best Buy and I have been a 'Total' member for several years. The Geek Squad offered a solution that I could live with. They quickly scheduled an installation for us. The team arrived in the early evening after an already busy day. They were professional and efficient. It didn't take them long to accomplish the task and they took the old unit with them when the left. We are so grateful to put this whole thing behind us! This a a beautiful oven and I hope to get many years of use from it. Thank you Best Buy and Geek Squad for helping us.

The install group that came to my house was very good. They were on time, polite, very efficient ad considerate. They gave me time to vacuum and swiffer wet-jet the space occupied by the range, which was very needed. They tested the range and oven to verify it was working before completing the job. They also cleaned up all boxes and packing as well as taking away my old range. I was very satisfied with there actions. Easy to recommend this to others.

Tracking delivery, delivery notification, install and review of product operation was good. However safety safety tip over bracket not installed. Delivery person was asked about safety tip over bracket and delivery person stated safety tip over bracket not installed. Manufacturer manual and Best Buy faq questions indicate bracket install. What is the requirements for tip over safety bracket?

Installation was quick, simple, and easy. Quick call and they were on their way. 10 minutes and they were there. Took out the old , slid in the new, made sure it was balanced, and Boom! They were done. Buy the extended 5 year service contract. It will pay for itself. You may wait on certain appliances to get in, but that’s everywhere right now in times that production has been impeded. These guys are doing their best to take care of you. They wear masks to protect your home. We didn’t expect them to do that. We won’t wear them. We ordered online. It was quick and simple. Research what product fits your needs. Make sure you get a manual. Read reviews relevant to the product you are replacing. Don’t expect them to teach you how to work your appliance. Search on Duck Duck Go for videos on how to operate it if you aren’t the type to read the manual. You can skim through some things. Others you cannot. Know, learn, try to get to know your appliance. Each one has a certain learning curve. We have been repeatedly impressed with our Longview store. We won’t go in the store since they want you to wear a mask. Work within the scope of your needs and have buying confidence. We like Samsung products. We would love to buy American made, but that appliance would be what? Parts made in China most likely. Now all our kitchen appliances have been replaced with items from Best Buy. We are going stainless steel, but there’s black on those. Fingerprint resistant is nice touch. Only thing is that they have songs when they are done with a job. We are not sure if the oven is finished, the dishwasher, or the clothes dryer. We will have to listen and learn the oven now. We will update after we have used appliance for some celebratory baking. We have been over six months without an oven.

Fast installation. They were on top of it, got the anti-tip brackets installed and it was placed. They leveled it out and made sure it was the right height at my countertop.

Delivery and installation of the LG stove was awesome. The crew members were friendly and professional. They came on time and installed the appliance with care.

These guys were experts--knew how to quickly unload, remove the old appliance and get the new one in in less than 15 minutes. They also did it so effortlessly that there was not a scratch on my (too-soft) linoleum floor nor anywhere else in their path. Best Buy needs to hang onto treasures like these two!

The guy did excellent job installing my induction range- they labeled and secured the range from tripping. One star taken due to lack of communication before installation.

Love the electric range/ oven. It looks good and so far exceeds expectations. The installers are exemplary. Never had delivery/installers who come close to these guys.

Unfortunately the first stive/range had to be returned to to damage. The second one also had damage, but in an area that could not be seen.

My new GE electric stove is awesome, it's exactly what I wanted, it's all good.

Range was delivered November 30 2024 1st cooked on left front burner Friday December 6 2024 The pot was not on High but surface started to melt See photo attached I did call in for Replacement Nice Range but surface is defective. Whirlpool Range

The guys came right on time and in the beginning of the window of the appointment. I didn't have to wait for 4 hrs. They were in and out fast but took the time to install correctly and talk to me about the item.

Install went ok. The old range was gone so the place was ready for installers to plug in then slide in the range. That was it.
