The professionalism, care, and cleanliness of the installation guy for my stove was AMAZING. Not only did he install the new stove, but he actually took the time to show me how it works which was completely unexpected.

Honestly, Best buy really need to step up their game on their home install services and they should be ashamed of themselves. Firstly, installers should not be using electric drill without the clutch set during appliance installs. I cringed watching it and of course they stripped screws on my brand new almost 3K appliance. Secondly, they try to avoid installing the anti-tip foot on stoves. The stove I picked has some additional weights added to prevent tipping, but I was told by the installers that they did not install the antitip bracket because there were complaints about damage to floors. Pretty sure you would have to have that or it will fail an inspection. The part that really put me over the edge though was that they didn't install the strain relief on the $35 cord that they force you to buy. No, you don't need that cord. As long as your old appliance isn't 50 years old, you can take the cord from the old one and install it on the new. So they forced me to buy a $35 cord that I didn't need and then they did not install it correctly and the worst part is that they also did not even leave the strain relief that comes with the cord, so now I have go out an buy one. On top of all this, they didn't make any attempt to level the stove. As soon as I tried to cook I realized everything was running to one side of the pan. First thing after they leave, I have to pull the stove out, level it, find the missing strain relief, grumble to myself about the stripped screw. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT accept the install service for a range even if its free. All they really did was attach the cord and slide it in and the cord was done incorrectly and down the road could even pose a fire hazard.

Delivery and install was fantastic! The installers were very professional. They installed the range quickly and answered all questions I had about the range. Couldn’t be happier with the delivery and install.

I had to make some minor adjustments because the original wall oven was dated from the early 2000's added 240 hard wire to support the massive cookware. The installers just came right in and hooked them up with no problems at all.

Two great guys delivered my new stove. They carried it up to my second flight. Usually I hear bump bump bump up the stairs and always wonder about the appliance. But I was impressed that it didn’t happen because they just carried it up. Friendly service. I always use Best Buy for my appliances, partly because of the I store service but also because of their outstanding delivery

The delivery/install was exactly what I asked for. They even provided a wrench to help me unhook my prior stove.
