“Is it OK to keep this vacuum plugged in all the time? Will it damage the Lithium battery?”

We will be happy to help. You can leave the unit on charge if you use it on a regular basis. If you plan on not using it for an extended period of time we recommend that you take the battery off charge until you are planning to use it again.
