• Bestbuy does not offer protection plan for elgato products. I’ve asked about it when I purchase my Stream Deck XL.

• It doesn't matter unless you have sausage fingers, or you like to randomly throw things that are attached to your computer. If so, move it a little further back on your desk and if you can make it a week with this thing, you will pay the $150 again because it was worth every penny.
