• This is not a capture device - it will control software you have installed so long as the software accepts customized keyboard input.

• The Elgato Stream Deck is a tool that many people use for various types of streaming set ups. It however is NOT a recording / capture deck. The device is more along the lines of a customizable remote control. I use mine to control 2 PTZOptics cameras, and run macros on a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro. It can certainly control recording decks but it does not record / capture itself.
