• Not with a cell phone, no. You could switch desktop apps, however, and you could potentially assign various sources so long as you're comfortable creating macros and actions. This is really just a programmable USB keyboard, and not really a controller of any kind.

• Yes you can use this to change multiple sources, apps, programs, files. It has a submenu once you download the driver and install the app on our pc

• Recently a third party has developed a plugin for Spotify for the Stream Deck. That should help you control Spotify using it.
