The stream deck is totally independent and you use its own software. So yes you can still use your keyboard shortcuts.

Absolutely! Stream Deck won’t remove any shortcuts you already work with. It’s just an additional input device. You can also build more complex macros by using the free, open-source Bitfocus Companion app instead of the Stream Deck app.
