• Yes you can use with to change your scenes. You can program the stream deck to have hot keys for recording your gameplay.

• Yes. It can work this way. You will need to set the keys to work with your streaming software like streamlabs OBS or similar. Once set, yo will be able to change scenes w/ the stream deck.
