The issue was believed to have been a website bug. As of right now, it should work. Some reported having this issue when using a VPN, so I recommend checking for that as well.

Please try again later.This seems like it could be a glitch within the website or app. I had this happen to me yesterday when I went to purchase the Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. However, that’s when I was on the website. An hour later I went through the app and I was able to have it shipped to a store or to my home.
