“What's the latency with capture card? I have a knock off version of this that's virtually useless since it has about a 1.5 - 2.0 second lag between what it shows and what's happening on the desktop (I'm using OBS).”

When I record live stream or game capture there is no sync issues. Audio is in perfect sync. I would say the latency is very low
