Please try again later.plug this into your computer. plug the PlayStation HDMI into it. then in OBS set it as a video capture device. don't forget to set the OBS scene to your native resolution of your monitor. Then preview the scene. and voila PlayStation on computer and you can stream it to twitch. also, if there is no audio you might have to go into the device settings in windows and set it to output the audio. google will help a lot with this.
