• Hi Harley, These are the flexible arm extensions, you would still need to purchase the desk arm clamp separately. -Brian

• No, it does not. It has a camera mount on the end. The vertical post and clamps for it are separate. The ball at the end will fit inside the top clamp on the vertical post. See the Elgato web site for more info.
