• Yes the card will be installed in the PCIe slot in the computer. Not sure of any capture card that doesn’t require a PC

• Hi Nick, Yes, the HD60 Pro requires a PC since it installs onto a motherboard. I suggest taking a look at the 4K60 S+ which has a standalone mode to void the requirement of a PC - recordings save onto a SD card.
