Hi Nikko, The HD60 S+ does not support 1440P 120Hz passthrough. The only capture device which the passthrough you're looking for is the 4K60 PRO, which has 1440P144 pass through. Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions: support.elgato.com -Albert
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Quality from gaming device, to elgato, to pc will be 1080p 60fps. If you're recording from Pc you wont need this device and dont have to worry. But this device only allows 1080p 60fps to be output.
