“How does this plug into a Mac Laptop when a Mac Laptop only has an HDMI out, it's not an HDMI in? Nor does the older mac have USBc. they only have regular USB. I don't see how this would work. Is there a manual somewhere that shows the connections?”

• The connector on the device is USB-C, but you can use any C-to-A cable that supports USB 3.0 or better (it's blue inside the USB-A end, usually also blue inside the USB port on the computer)
