• Yes it held my eos r(much heavier) with a 25-100 mm lens(also heavy) with no trouble.

• I am using a Lumix G7 DSLR camera, a camera of comparable weight, and have had no problems.

• Definitely not. Even leaning forward about an inch, it couldn't hold a Logitech webcam.
