“FEDEX tracking shows package deklivered at 10:31 am on 29th DEC, it is no where to be found. In last 2 days we received 3 packages with FEDEX but this item did not come. What to dio now?”

• Contact Fedex directly. Go to the company that has it their position first. Best Buy can't do anything at this time before you do. Fedex won't deal with Best Buy since it now belongs to you. Take this with grain of salt, as I handled my situation in this manner.
