Hello, The kettle has 2 indicator lights that cycle on and off during use: The “Power/Ready” light will illuminate when • Kettle is plugged in • Kettle reaches desired temperature • Kettle has boiled The “Heat indicator” light will illuminate when • Kettle is warming to desired temperature • Kettle is in process of boiling NOTE: Stop boiling by manually turning off the Power Switch at any time.
