Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try this. It worked on my MacBook Pro. Shut down Mac. Locate these keys: Command, Option and the P and R keys and remember where they are. Turn Mac back on and hold the above keys before the gray screen appears. Hold until Restarts, then release.... Worked on mine. Good luck!
