Q: Can you use YouTube on this tablet?
A: Yes, this tablet will allow your child to watch YouTube and you can set up parental controls to only allow the apps that you want your child to use.
Q: how do i check if i have the warranty
A: Suspose to have 1 year. Seriously don't waste your money on this product. It is total junk. Wont last very long. Battery is aweful and low storage. Freezes up and and shuts a down on its own. Good luck with the warranty the wont stand behind it.
A: I contacted the customer care and was informed that for initial set up and first time use it must be on WiFi. So for offline use all the videos that come preloaded must be played on WiFi at least one time to work offline
Q: What are the ages (kids) for use with this tablet?
A: Any age is suitable for this device. My son is 2 and my nephew has it as well, he is 6. Works just fine for both of them.
Q: Can you download apps and games?
A: Yes you can through the google play store
Q: Can my kids access ABC Mouse with this tablet?
A: Yes if you download that app through the play store and allow access to that app in the parental controls for approved apps.
Q: Can the preloaded games be played without wifi?
A: Yes, for instance can use it to play pre-loaded games in the car... but need wi-fi to download new games or watch youtubekids etc. You'd be surprised how quick the kids catch on what needs wifi and what doesn't lol

A: yes. any app you like. You can Google and browse the internet and watch youtube.
