“Can the preloaded games be played without wifi?”

• Yes, for instance can use it to play pre-loaded games in the car... but need wi-fi to download new games or watch youtubekids etc. You'd be surprised how quick the kids catch on what needs wifi and what doesn't lol

• No, because of the parent mode. Even states in the setup instructions, "WiFi required"
