- Answer My experience is the battery alone lasts 1-2 hours. After washing and drying, I put on the charging pad to keep fully charged when not use. Maybe Gen 3 will us qi charging

- Answer Yes, the app will tell you when it needs charged or you can check the app for the battery life. I only charge my cup every 2 days or so.

Standard Lithium-Ion batteries degrade over time and we have designed the Ember to allow the battery to last as long as possible. While exact battery life can vary depending on an individuals use, each Ember comes with a one year warranty and if you experience any difficulty, please let us know and we’d be happy to help!
