I had the exact issue you had when it took me 45 minutes to cook bone-in chicken breasts. After a few other things cooked with same results, I knew something was obviously wrong. Stupid me! Who would have thought to check if the heating elements weren’t turning on? Yup, no heating or ability to cook anything! Those foods I cooked were actually cooked from the convection fan! Took a while and a lot of hoops to jump through with Emerald, but the did send me a replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the timer isn't counting down the oven is not on. The Start/Stop ring should be red and it should be hot inside. If you use the Preheat function be sure not to leave it too long as it'll time out, and after putting food on be sure to press the Start button to put it into normal mode. The mistakes I kept making at first was closing the oven or pressing Preheat again and expecting it to go into cook mode, neither works to start cooking after it says Add Food.
