“The manual says you can change the temperature in 5-degree increments I was not able to do that with the one I purchased and Best Buy customer service thought it was a manufacturing defect is that the case or are they all that way?”

Mine only moves in 10 deg increments
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It automatically sets at 350 and you hit the plus or minus button to increase the temp by 5. If you hit the automatic preset buttons it didn't allow you to adjust the temp.
