• I had an issue with a different model from this brand and they were really helpful and sent me a new air fryer free of charge. Reach out to them at [email protected] and they should be able to help as the other user mentioned in their answer

• When I took the unit out of the box, the paddle was just laying in the bottom. I don't think they designed the packing to have a special place for the paddle. Call them or return it.
