In the charging world we have four different types of connector. Most electric cars use two different types into the same car, depending on level of charge. This is the level two charger. Some cars use a different fast charging connector. I think only Mitsubishi and Nissan used it. (chdemao?). The fourth is the musk version. You can buy this charger in a musk version.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This will exceed the requirements of that vehicle. The xc60 max amperage is 16 at 6.4kW due to the onboard charge controller limitations. But that is considerably better than the 120V level 1 charger. Volvocars.com calculates this rate at 3 hours to charge. Anybody looking at this charger should check the max charge rate for their vehicle.
