You connect the load, line and ground wires--traveler wire if it's part of 3 way cicuit. Then you use the supplied jumper wire to connect to neutral wire bundle. Instructions are quite clear.

Hello Lee thank you for your question. After installing this switch manually, then you need to make sure your Z-Wave is online. Once the hub is online, then you can start the pairing process and while the hub is looking for a device to pair, you can simply toggle the switch on and off a couple of times.
