• Dear Anonymous; Nope, you are stuck with it. BestBuy is strict about software returns and cartridge returns. I have to agree with their policy, because once you open the product, it is legally yours. If you keep it for a while, you may be able to install it on another machine. Give it 60 days or so, and you can do that instead. At least someone else could benefit by the purchase. Hope that helps.
