• Yes; I am able to do pass-through charging but, of course, the unit doesn't get fully recharged until you remove whatever it's charging; it stays at pretty much the level it was at when you initiated the daisy chain charging until then; depends on what it's charging.

• Hi JasonMahea, You can use the two built-in USB-C cables to charge devices, but they are output only. To recharge the power bank itself, you need to connect the USB-C input port (usually labeled IN/OUT) to a wall adapter using a compatible cable. Plugging the built-in cables into a wall outlet will not recharge the battery.
