Does this model have a finger swipe! null

If you mean finger security reader... Yes, it does have a finger security reader. It also has a touch screen that you can swipe or change pages quickly just by swiping the touch screen. I don't use the built-in mouse because I use a USB mouse with pad but you can swipe and move the mouse on the mouse pad.

If you mean to control the cursor, yes. You can see it in the picture. If you mean a touch screen, yes, it has that as well.
