That would be compatible. Make sure the PS draw is within tolerance of the standard 300W it comes with.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.PSU doesn't have PCIe power cables. Unless you want to replace PSU you are limited to PCIe video card with no extra PCIe power is required. Nvidia 970, as dual-slot-card, may not fit mechanically - there is a chipset heatsink on the way of the second slot.
